Hiatus and some ramblings.

Hello. I'm here to say that this blog is on a hiatus for awhile. My computer is not co-operating with me, so I guess I'm going to give it a little time. I've edited tons of pictures for the next reviews, sadly I can't write a post because there are some problems with the internet connection. I'm writing this post using my phone, in case you're wondering.

I'm not sure how long this hiatus going to take though. I hope it will not take so long, because I can't contain myself anymore! LOL. Just kidding. But if it takes months, I'm sure I will turn into a hulk. Nope, kidding again.

Oh by the way, this Blogger for Android application isn't that bad, really. It's pretty basic, but it's not that bad. You can still add pictures and all that stuff, so it's still a pretty good application for me.

So, that's everything I need to say. I just wanted to let everyone know that this blog is not dead, or anything. It is still alive and I'll be back, when my computer is back to it's normal condition. Oh one more thing, if you have Instagram, you can follow me there if you'd like to see pictures of my chubby fluffy cat. My username is @nblhismailjee. So yeah, that's everything. Thank you so much for reading my blog and please stay tuned. I will be back, I promise.

Make Up Academy (MUA) Haul

Hello! This is my first MUA haul, and I've never bought any MUA products before because it's kind of hard to find a reseller for MUA products, here in Malaysia. MUA was having a 35% off + free shipping sale, and I thought it was a really good bargain! So these are the products that I got from the sale. Honestly, these products are too cheap I still can't believe how cheap they are. I only paid £12.35 or RM61.05 for all these, yup, all these! Actually there are more items that I have not included in the picture because they belong to my sister. So yeah, RM61 for 11 items. So amazing. I cannot wait for the 50% off + free shipping sale! I already have a list on what to buy at the upcoming sale. I'm so excited!

1. 12 Shade Heaven and Earth Palette
£2.60 or RM12.90 (The price was originally £4)

I chose this palette because it contains 12 neutral eye shadows, which I think I will use the most instead of other palettes. I haven't try these shadows yet, but I've heard a lot of great reviews for this palette. But for the price, I have nothing to complain!

2. 12 Shade Undressed Palette
£ 2.60 or RM12.90 (The price was originally £4)

Well, well, well, the most popular palette from MUA. People raved about this palette being a dupe of Urban Decay's Naked palette. I've seen reviews for this palette and yes, it's a pretty good dupe. I don't own any Naked palette so I'm excited to try this one!

3. MUA Blusher in Shade 2
£0.65 or RM3.20 (The price was originally £1)

I originally chose other shades for the blushes, but they were out of stock so I had to choose these shades. I have tried this blush and it was amazing. The colour is pretty close to the theBalm's Frat Boy. And it's matte too. Well not completely matte, it does have really tiny glitters in it, but it applies matte.

4. MUA Blusher in Shade 6
£0.65 or RM3.20 (The price was originally £1)

I wanted the Shade 5 blush at first but it was out of stock too. So I chose this one. Shade 6 has a lot of micro glitters in it, and it looks super beautiful in person. It is more to the bronzer side but it can look like a blush if you apply it lightly.

5. Blush Perfection Cream Blusher in Dolly
£1.65 or RM8.20 (The price was originally £2)

My very first cream blush! I haven't try this one yet, but it looks great. I am so going to buy more of these during the 50% off sale.

6. MUA Pressed Powder in Shade 4
£0.65 or RM3.20 (The price was originally £1)

This powder looks darker in MUA's website so I bought it to use as a bronzer. Sadly, it's too light to be a bronzer and too dark use as a powder. I have no idea what am I going to do with this powder. :/

7. MUA Lipstick in Shade 15 Juicy
£0.65 or RM3.20 (The price was originally £1)

This lipstick is actually brighter in real life. Haven't try it yet because I'm not a big fan of bright lipsticks.

8. MUA Intense Colour Lip Liner in Brooding Plum
£0.65 or RM3.20 (The price was originally £1)

I wanted a lip liner that will match my NYX Round Lipstick in Snow White (click here to read the review) so I picked this one up. It is not the perfect match but it still looks gorgeous when combined. The texture is really creamy and it is really pigmented too!

So, that's everything that I got from the sale. Overall, I'm so happy with all the products and they're worth the wait! I hope you guys enjoyed reading this post. Thank you so much for reading my blog and stay tuned for more.

p/s: Thank you so much to Nadhirah Ismailjee for this amazing pictures!

November Favourites

Hello! Another favourite post! I wanted to do this kind of post every month but I wasn't able to do one in October. So I missed my "October Favourites" but basically, these are all the things that I wanted to feature in the "October Favourites" though.

1. theBalm What's Your Type? Tall, Dark, and Handsome Mascara

This mascara is probably the best mascara in the world. To me, at least. It is so amazing! I have really short and straight lashes but this, really adds a lot of length. I cannot explain how I love this mascara.

2. Sleek i-Divine Ultra Mattes V2 Darks Palette
I just wrote a post about this palette so click here to read it.

3. Daiso Eyelash Curler
I bought this eyelash curler months ago and this curler is kind of amazing. It curls my lashes so naturally. I really love this curler! And it is RM5!

4. theBalm Frat Boy Blush

It is a matte peach blush. It is so perfect for everyday look.

5. NYX Round Lipstick in Thalia

I wrote a blog post on this lipstick previously (click here to read it) and I did not love this lipstick before. So I once used this lipstick as kind of a stain and it looks gorgeous!

6. Maybelline Baby Lips

This lip balm smells really really really good! My first Baby Lips and I'm glad I picked it up.

7. E.L.F. Eyelid Primer

This does the job as eyelid primer really well. I use it everyday when I wear makeup and it does helps my eye shadows to stay longer.

8. L'Oreal Lucent Magique BB Cream
Ah, this stuff is amazing. I'm looking forward to buy it in full size. It really helps brighten my dull skin.

9. Essence Bronzing Compact Powder

I don't have a lot of bronzer so I could not tell this is the best bronzer or whatsoever. But I love this bronzer to lightly contour my face for everyday look. It is not super pigmented so it's easy to use.

Non-beauty favourites

Sunshine & City Lights by Greyson Chance is my favourite song of the month. I've been listening to it a lot. I love it, so freaking much. I love the music, I love the lyrics, I love everything about the song. I think Greyson Chance is really talented, I mean, just listen to this song, and you'll get it.

It's Time by Imagine Dragons is also my favourite. I love this acoustic version of the song. They're so full of passion and I don't know, I just love watching this video.

Jenn Im is my favourite vlogger of the month. She's probably going to be my favourite vlogger for the entire year. This might sound creepy but her voice is so........ addictive.

So that is everything. Thank you so much for reading and stay tuned for more!

Review: Sleek Makeup Maximum Impact Single Eye Shadow in Nightlife

So I got this one for free when I bought the i-Divine Ultra Mattes V2 Darks palette. I'm so sorry because I really don't know where you can get this shadow and Sleek don't have it in their website.

I have no idea about the price because I think this product is already discontinued.

I really love the packaging! I think it looks so beautiful. It weighs about 2.6 grams.

964 Nightlife is a grey-ish black with a lot of micro glitters in it. The pigmentation is amazing and this shadow is as soft as other Sleek shadows. It is suitable to do smokey eyes or use it as a liner if you like glittery liners. This eyeshadow has become one of my favourite shadows since the day I own it.

So that is all. I'm sorry I didn't put up a lot of information for this review. Thank you so much for reading my blog and stay tuned for more.
